does anybody know what the hell is going on at VSC.... No release of dates for this month and we do not know weather the case is assigned or not....we need to wake them up......

i think our cases are stuck in some basket these INS really sucks..all we can do is wait ...talking to an IIO does not help anything....

any updates guys to our list...any one got approved......  

my I-140 was for AOS..... i think they the INS picks up cases like they pick from a box of chocklet...guys we need to be patient .....i know its hard i check daily for my messages...and i hear the same old tune ....nothing we can do but wait...keep posting guys....we shoudl have our turn any...

Njite keep posting if any changes you may have ......on your approval. Since we both have the same RD and ND.....hopefully they should pick up our file and approve within this week.... Spoke to IIO last week monday he told me that the case is still not yet assigned...to any officer....

same anwser from IIO as i got do not worry.. even i got the same ans.. today when i called the IIO for me was a HE. he said that my rd 04/27 and my ND 07/12 and said that it would take up to 3 month to have a result for my case. even he said my case is not assigned to any officer yet...
