I don't know about that. Your PD is nothing but your Sub. labor filing date, unless it is different in your I-140 approval notice. Not sure about PD in FP notice. Check with your attorney why PD has the same date as RD. Does it have any significance? Check with other gurus here in this forum.

don't worry. you are fine as your approved I-140 says PD "24 april 2001". That is your priority date so nothing to worry or to get confused.

Check your I-140 approval notice, It will have your priority date. If that date is earlier than 01/01/2002, then you are fine.

how come your employer doesn't care about your legal status? If you don't have an EAD or H1, you cannot work though you are safe to stay in US. Either you need to apply H1 extension immediately or have to sit on bench until you get your EAD approved.

In case if you need Advance parole(planning to use EAD), then apply Advance parole along with your I-485/EAD. If you apply after 31st Dec 2004, then USCIS may not consider your AP application.

This will affect people who applied labor after 1/1/2002. They will not be able to apply I-485 until their priority date becomes current.

No more side view photos.....Only Passport style photos are required for EAD/AP/PP Stamping etc.
