    Hi, I had applied LC on Nov 07, 2003 and got approved on May 03,2004. Then, I had filed 140/485 on Oct 27,2004 and been pending. Am I eligible for 7th year H1 extension? I will be reaching H1 6 year limit on Dec 31,2004. Appreciate your reponses. Thanks in advance.
