Did u get to see the H1 or so. U just cannot trust some of the desi employers here in the US.

My wife left for indi and she will be appearing for her H-4 stamping in Mimbai. My question here is was she required to fingerprint and take a picture while leaving the country as I dont think she has done that. Please advice me or let meknow if anyone knows anything about this thanks

Hi there, Not that I am a lawyer but etting it stamped for bussiness sounds good as you are well covered. This out of status must have heppened a long back so I think u should be fine as u had a phd i-20 after that hope this helps

Iy u are appearing in mumbai u might not require it while sending the application but might need it at the interview as they might want to refer to it and cross check while they interview you.....hope that helps

hi, u can staple both passports if u want. i checked it with the chicago consulate for india. u dont want to get into the hassle of them asking u the other passport. make it easy for them.
