I-485 Lud's I got my I-140 approval on 22nd May with LUD's for I-140/I-485. Yetsrday I got LUD's again for I-485. Would anyone be knowing why I am getting more LUD's for I485. My PD is Feb, 2003 and is not current as yet. Current for EB2 is Jan, 2003.

Niw----- There was LUD for I-140 and I-485 when the case was transferred to TSC in March. Today I got I-140 approval + LUD for i-485. My PD is Feb, 2003 and EB2.
