we can better understand if the retrogression is working or not, if we have a tracking thread for cases like, EB3 , PD < jan 2002, affected countries from retrogression, No RFE, No Approval if we see lots of people in the above situation then the retrogression should work?

well rfe in your case is good news. looks like they don't have any cases to work on with the PD < jan 2002.

relax... until you get a mail for the date change. maybe they are looking at you file so to make sure that you filed properly or they can screw you with a rfe.

no further questions. just in addition to AP they wanted to see the EAD. my POE was newark. where they asked for the EAD. and my latest POE was chicago where they did not ask for anything else but I have to show them the AP
