Thanks.. I mean, Do I have to do H1 Transfer?. why do I need to do a H1 Transfer if I am using my EAD. What are the Pro's and Cons of doing a H1 Transfer over using EAD? Let me know Thx Venu- avmr_1973

Hello everybody, I am working as a Consultant for a company X , I got my EAD and my finger prints are done with my parent Company Y. This Oct 20'2004 I finished 180 day with my parent Company Y.
