Agreed with Bob above. Mine was based on 3-year, i took everything to show a relationship during that time. The IO never asked me for anything, only my passport...

Yes you are allowed to take your cell phone. there are signs posted in the waiting area that you are not to use them in the building, still people were talking on their cell phones. I was texting on mine...:D

My appointment was for 8:30AM, got in the court around 8:15AM, went through security, check my cell phones (you are not allowed to take cell phones or camera) went upstairs to the court room. Was seated by the security guard, in a nice room, was impressed with all the prior judges on the wall...

I can only speakfor me. The lady asked me if i filed 2007 taxes, told her yes and gave her the copy that my accountant gave me. I had both Federal and State taxes information stapled together..
