The IP address of the computer from which you got the appointment is locked from accessing the infopass system. So wait for some time around 2 hours and then try. Or if you have cable, unplug the cable and then replug it ...
It is normal with any of the service centers. The LUD will be changed when ever the SC is informed about the change in address. In your case it happend twice. So there will be no change in the messsage as both are for the address change.
