No approvals in a month??-strange

I-140 after 4 months Friend of mine got his I-140 approved after only 4 months in Texas Center (RD was 10/17/07)-EB3 case with PD also 4/30/01

Processing times Wow- Just checked the times for Texas center and seems rather a mistake than truth- only 6 months for I-485 and I-140 ?? It would mean that we should be seeing approvals for people that applied in April/May. So far I haven't.

Processing Times I must say that I-140 processing time looks good-only 6 months but I-485 is so far behind-14 months now. Adding increased volume of applications in July/August this looks like another Backlog center

Got receipts WOW They must have quite a backlog not-not only I got receipts over 2 months after they were sent out- they're being processed in California Center for known reasons.

I was in the same situation-but we never got 45 day letter-only NOF that we responded to in April-and also nothing yet-status showing "In Process"
