    Folks with 2nd FP in Aug 04 who are still waiting

    Same with me. WAC03-03xx 1st FP Jan 2003 and 2nd FP received July 16 by CA center. My lawyer sent a request and after 30 days reply came back and said my case under detail review and need sufficient time! I am wondering also if any action should be taken to be helpful.

    I have the same problem. My 2nd FP was done middle of July and have not heard anything. My lawyer sent a letter to CA center, and they said it is underoing detail review and should wait SUFFIENT TIME to be processed. Is it normal? should I have a right to know exactly how long the process...
