I am in similar situation , I dont think there is any connection between H1 and AP . I read this some where in EAD/AP forum and also got if confirmed from attorney .Guess , its OK to travel on AP while maintaining H1 status .

AP renewal goucgc , I also applied for my AP renewal thorugh e-file yesterday . I could not get the list of supporting documents to mail. If you have the list can you please post it in the forum . Thx

AP renewal e-file I renewed my EAD using e-file and went to ASC ,Now am renewing my AP using e-file , the confirmation page did not mention anything abt the ASC appointments . So am guessing its not required, planning to send the photo copies by mail as part of the supporting documents ...

I think VSC is doing some kind of batch processing . Many people in this forum got their FP's with PD's in 2004. All the best to you all. Hope they do some thing similar with 485 approvals too .

It took some time for me to get the receipts , I got the receipt numbers first then may be after 4 weeks or so I got the copies of receipts for (140/485/EAD) from my attorney . Do we have to keep the original receipts with us .
