    No Title Usually, it doesn\'t hurt to send more documents. Only thing you don\'t need is derivative employment related stuff.

    No Title Trust me. You will be grateful that you did some good deed by sending those documents voluntarily. And send it thru your lawyer. I think there is some kind of form or a request where it has to say addendum to application. So this way it really gets put in your file.

    No Title My wife\'s FP was rejected 3 times and then NSC doesn\'t send you another FP notice. As FP failed 3 times, case has to transfer to local INS office so that they can do an interview before they approve i-485 application. This is what I was told by IIO.     FP vs Police Clearance

    No Title Just to make you guys feel better, my wife did FP 3 times in last 3 months. And all 3 times it got rejected. As per our lawyer, INS will use something different for criminal background check. We are still waiting. We got 2nd and 3rd notice fast enough. This was from NSC.

    No Title Well, dont worry. My wife was rejected 3 times. But as per lawyer and FBI, INS will not send any more notices and will use some different means to check criminal background. We are in NSC. We are still waiting if INS is planning to send us anything for fingerprint.
