Folks - As suspected my RFE is on Ability to Pay Issue. I confirmed this with my Attorney today. Can any one answer how much time do we have to respond to this RFE? Thanx.- GCone

I got an RFE REQUEST from VSC on October 6 on my I-140. I was wondering what could be the RFE for? We haven’t received the mail from VSC yet. Most of the threads that were posted on this forum relates to the ability to pay Issue. I was wondering if the employer has applied for 10 to 15 I-140's...- GCone
