Missed the FP appointment and want to re-schedule
No Title I had to reschedule my FP appt after missing my 1st one (also due to the delay in the mail). However, I just re-sent my FP notice with the preference of Wednesday and they sent me a new appt date (for about 1 month later than the original date). Hope it helps.- beenthere...donethat
