Ok, my case status is already RIR for a loooong time, according to your theory, it should be in FIFO. However, it is still not approved yet. BTW my PD is July, 2001. any thoughts? Thanks :confused:

Well, the main point they asked is "why are you so outstanding than other local americans, and don't need LC". We just got 4 more letters to address this issue and I don't see other particular arguments that my attny did. HTH

Yes, it is RIR, 45 letter received back in Jan, 2005 and replied in the same month. It has been forwarded to region, no remand...etc. Only thing is that it was classified as not-recommended when it reached regional. Asked lawyer to send countless queries, but no response from BEC. Sent request...
