How do they process I-485 ?
No Title Actually, that is not correct. You can file your 485 if the PD becomes or is current. However, if the PD later regresses, then the file is put on a shelf and not approved till the PD becomes current again. This will not affect your EAD or AP. INS may even send you the FP notice...- csc77
