Where would the 1998 cases come from ? The oldest cases that were pending at the Labor certification stage from all states, before the BECs were formed, were from 2001 April or just a couple of more months earlier. Hard to understand whats going on as to why dates would retrogress to 1998.....

There was never any question for E1/EB1. The question was if the EB3 category was going to retrogress to 1998 for India.

How did you get your case #. Did you email DBEC for a 7th year extension screen shot and then get a reply back from them, or did they send you a letter ?

I think that the data in these files are only those that made it to regional from the SWA. If your application was still unopened at the local SWA, chances are that you will not find your information here. I have not opened the files myself since I do not have the right program to open it...
