    Did you say that your I-140 got approved before the biometrics was done, or that is the case for your spouse, as you have mentioned that Biometrics is scheduled for June 15th.

    2nd Fingerprint request in 5 months

    My RD for I-140/485 was Nov 15th, had the first fingerprint done in december 15th. I just received another fingerprint letter scheduled for June 4th. I am wondering if the first fingerprint didn't go through.

    Non-RIR Case Approval I have been a silent participant of this forum for last 10 months. My Non-RIR case was approved last week. Received date was December 1st,2003. Good luck to all of you who are waiting on thier approvals.
