you guys with NSC should be satisfied, no complaints Just go to the discussion group wbout TSC, I-140 in TSC takes 10-12 months now. TSC is processing cases filed before or on 12/28/2000. How unfair it it!!!!! sigh!!!!!!

I was laid off one month ago, and a new company is sponsoring me for another H1B. I am doing my H1B transfer by myself. In addtion to I-129, I-129w, ETA9035, cover letter, my last paystub from the prevoius company should be included? What should be said in the cover letter? Thanks
