Just spoke to Local Congress Man. Yes they sent directives to INS not process any immigration paper (H1B, GC, Citizen....) for people who are posting B.S on any chat boards.
Also he said they are going to expedite process for the people who notify INS about these BS individuals.....

Could you please post more info? I live in Seattle & didn\'t apply for EAD 90 days before expiration. Just did this week. I have 5 more weeks of my EAD. What docs you took with you to get the interim EAD?

A friend of mine got H1B with Company and got stamp for Entry visa. Now Company A is not ready to take him. Company B offered him a job and asking him to come to US using A\'s visa.
What is risk involved in this? do you know if anyone has done this before.
