    FBI responds I had sent an email enquiring about name-check status on Sept 31st. I got reply on Nov. 15th.

    I did FP on September 15th. When I called FBI no, I was told that they had returned the FP results the same day. Still the online status has not changed. I have read in many other posting that it is not uncommon for the status to not change until approval.

    LUD Changes for FP Notice

    No change in LUD We did FP on Sept 15th and 17th. I confirmed with FBI information desk that the results were sent back same day. There is no change in LUD or ststus though. It looks like that is the norm.

    FP results sent same day I checked this morning and I was told that FP checking was completed ( results sent back to USCIS ) same day i.e. 15th for my wife and 17th for me. Good luck.

    We can find out What is the nos to call to check with FBI ? We did our finger-prints last week ( 15th and 17th). I can call and post what they say. Thanks.
