guessing I guess: all approval LC (PD 4/2001) has been sent out, all 1800 pending LCs have the PD after 4/2001. Once the DFLC thinks all 4/2001 LC is cleared, the CO will approve and let these 1800 LC send out. Am I right? Any one agree with me?
