Does inquiry letter really help?--- I-140(Eb1-OR) pending since Oct 2002
For unknown reasons, my I-140 (EB1-OR) has been pending since Oct, 2002. The current I-140 processing time Dec. 04, 2002. I filed I-485 in Dec 2003 (semi-concurrent). No fingerprint notice for I-485 and no updates for I-140 since Dec, 2003. Looks like my case has not been touched. Is it...- wantjustice
