If CP rejected ?
What if consular processing application rejected and your H1 expired? I heard that they cancell all pending H1 stamped on your passport before looking into your application at CP. Is this true? In that case if you are rejected for CP, you might not be able to come back to US. right...- janakiraman

H1 expiring and consular processing
My H1 6 year period is expiring in July 10 and consular processing interview is in May - June. When I checked with my company, they are saying there are rejections, because INS is ot implemented the law it seems. Any info about anyone who received an extension? - Jay- janakiraman
