I just checked the processing times on www.shusterman.com. VSC updated their times today, but the 485 processin time still shows 04/01/01? If VSC is approving cases for May and June, how come the processing hasn\'t advanced at all? Guys, are there any other web-sites that update the processing...

Probably a wrong message - data entry error I have had a similar experience. My AVM says they recieved my response to RFE, whereas neither myself nor my lawyer has ever recieved any RFE...same is the case with some other people too... So, it could be a data entry error.

gc_india is right - No matter what calculations you do, there are always exceptional cases. rzrback seems to be such a case. I have seen some people get ND within a week of RD. I think gc_india is right - it depends on the officer on your case! Congrats rzrback! It looks like April and May both...

April and even May approvals!!! If you go to I-485 Issues, under VS, you will see a message posted under the heading "VSC Processing time". Under that, you\'ll see some people with RD in April 2001 and even May 2001 that have got 485 approvals in the past 2 weeks. I don\'t understand...
