Yup my case is not straight. Filed at NSC as it is my jurisdiction, but as reciepts shows, went to TSC, concurrent filling, they approve 140 & transfer our both 485 back to NSC. I doubt my name check cleared by new programs, as their are atleast 80K people ahead of me per statistics of name...

My name check initiated on June 19, 2006, per immigration officer, & was pending as of my last infopass 2 weeks ago. No case LUD's for name check clearence.
