Rapidigm case finally approved on 02/20/02. EB2/PD 11/98, RD 11/02/00

 

How many people from Rapidigm are waiting without any RFE? My RD/ND is 11/2000, still no movements?

What would happen if the Fingerprints are rejected twice by FBI due to prints being un-readable? Does anybody have this experience? What happens next? Does INS send another FP notice or something else? Thanks for the help!

Guys, help me out here. I am in the process of divorcing my wife (might be over next month) and will be marrying someone else in July 01. I\'m from India EB2 with ND 11/2000. How can I include my would-be wife in my I-485?

 

Hello : I\'m scheduled to be finger printed at Dallas soon. Can any gurus please provide any specific information about this process? That is, which fingers/hands are finger printed, etc...when can we check its status with the FBI? Thanks.
