mine is employement based I-485. i am applying Advance Prole (I-131) for my wife. Could anyone please tell me what address should i send her paper work? applying at VSC

rsannu2k:: My RFE is about birth certificate.. replied on Oct-10 and mine and my wife 's 485 was approved on Oct-28. thank you for asking. i was on business trip..(when the pappers approved...thats why i was unable to reply). thanks

within a 1-3 week your case may get approved.. possiblities are: 80% RFE 20% Approval.

Congratulations! on your approval.. However you are not mentioned .. whend did your 485 approved(date)? and what was your LUD on 485 approval?

I know most of you had RFE on 485 and not heard anything back after replying for it. However some of you do got some reply (approval/ another RFE). Please help , me on this .. I sent a reply for an RFE on 10/04/2004. After my reply the LUD changed from 10/07/2004 and 10/08/2004 still...

my LUD changed again... do you think another RFE is on the way?
