Ya! Even My labor still pending with NJ state. I know one freind Applied I-140 recently got in just 5 days!!! Very fast........, I hope we will catch this fast train.

Thanks for your prompt reply. I'm just waiting for my labor move from NJ state to NY DOL. Any have I hope by the month end of March 27th they suppose to clsoe the office, at least they will forward to NY DOL..mean while :o

Labor Still at NJ DOL after 3months PD;may 27/o2 Replied to Quey :on 11/02/04 My lawyer spoke to one of the Case Manager at NJ DOL yesterday, Still the case with them , I heard they may close the operations after March 05.Any idea?Every thing must be PERM? after March? :confused:

My case:labor May 27/02 Replied query on 11/02/04. Lawyer spoke to Case manager in NJ DOl today .... still................my case is with them!!!! :mad: don't know when they send to NY DOL?or send to BEC... :(

My lawyer Answered the NJ state Prevailing wages query on 11/2/04, so far there is no news on this, how long will it take to forward to Federal?Any one has nay idea? My Lawyer say's he will receive a post card whenever case forwarded to Federal!!

ahalem, This may useful to you.I got 7th year extension last week Labor pending with NJ state so lawyer requested letter from nj state before apply 7th year. I went premium processing, approved in a week.

NJ labor May 27/02. Got a Query on 2 things 1)Prevailing wages --94,000 2)Prior Experience Lawyer has to answer by 11/11/04. I will keep you posted...
