140 not applied, but LC 1yr old. Can I extend H1 beyond 6yrs ????
No Title Have you confirmed with your lawyer about H-1B extension even LC is pending yet. Could you please reply, it will help lot of people like me. What is your situation now Thanks- Tinu Agrawal
