I did not get to look at profit and loss statement so I do'nt know the answer. Anyway this is a very normal rfe and is issued in many cases just to make sure that employer is really able to pay salary as stated in your labor certification Hope this helps

I am not sure I understand your question correctly. Did you mean whether I applied for AP for my wife then the answer is yes we did before she left. Status for that application is still pending. Her h4 is valid till June 2005. I am not sure if H4 is invalidated once I recieve my 485 approval.
