Not sure if it's the right place to post this, but I am on H1, just wondering during the greencard interview, usually how many pay stubs and tax return do they ask you to bring?
I heard many of the consultant agencies (usually those agencies that are run by Indians) in USA offers greencard sponsorship. I know H1 is easy to get but do you know anyone who actually gets greencard after working in a consulting company for 5-6 years? Or do most people after working few years...
I think my h1 is approved according to the eac number, but consultant is not giving me the approval notice. They say the lawyer keeps them unless I have a good reason to request for the copy of the notice. I asked the lawyer for it, the lawyer told me to ask the employer for it. Just sounds like...
