The priority date on my I-140 (I-797 notice of action) is wrong. What should do I do? My case is EB-1 OR and didn\'t need LC. So, PD should\'ve been the mailed date (12/21/01). But my I-797 says PD is 12/21/02. Is it ok to leave it alone and then proceed the 485 because everyone can see...
