    Is LUD change will be notified to Lawyer..???or only in our profilo???

    My LUD got changed on both I-140 and I-485. Just wondering whether Lawyers will get any similar or this LUD info about our files? Or only the people created profilo in their will get the info?? any idea??

    I-140/I-485 LUD changed on same day but no status change!!!

    grunggy, If internal USCIS processing being performed on my case, how long should I expect to cleatr both? any idea? I don't see any cases in forum that even if they file concurrently, they r getting approvals of i-140. why they r processing my file according to new rule?? is that good or bad??

    I-140/I-485 LUD changed on same day but no status change!!!

    I applied I-140/I-485 concurrency filing on 3/18/2004 under EB3 category. Today for both of these cases, LUD got changed but there is no change in message. What does that mean? Any one has any idea of what's going on with my case?? no FP yet. Is this happened to anyone else also??
