Well this is not true -- I know 2 cases (including mine) that have a PD of July 2002 with RD's of June and July 2003. 45 day letter replies were sent to DBEC in March 1st week and still waiting.... There wud be many ppl in this forum with PD's later than Jun 02 but before Oct 02 who have not...

Thanks gp111. In the Dallas region I see Arkansas SWA processing cases for 2001 as per Jan'05 data. Do you think Arkansas cases ahve gone to Dallas BEC as it comes in DALLAS DOL? But I guess there would not be many cases froim Arkansas.

How do you know that cases from NY/NJ/IN have a 2001 PD. What I saw from the website is that DOL NY region is processing cases for 06/2004 (RIR). Can you provide a link that indicates that cases in that region have 2001 PD?
