signature card is required with I-765 Form 9003 was discontinued last september and replaced by tax returns(1040) of the most recent years. The signature card is required according to I-765 filing instruction.

Should be this week At the beginning of first half of Febuary, it takes about a little more than three weeks. I remembered red321 and S Bill have the same timeline. In my case, it\'s 26-day from MD to the phsyical notice received. So you should be able to get it this week. Good luck!

different SC has different pace I have followed the other thread. However I found at least for now TSC is much faster in responding to I485 requests. For example, there is a case like mailed on 2/14 and checks were cleared on 2/22. That\'s why it\'s more accurate when we stay under VSC.
