A simple one for the Gurus... thanks
My H1B visa expired April 04. I have an extension I797 valid until Feb 2005 and intend to get my seventh year extension in Q4 of 2004 (that will be for period Feb 2005 to Feb 2006). I intend to travel to India in Jan 2005 for an important occasion. I know I'd have to get the visa stamped...- labizanalyst
