may be it\'s already decided Similay withyou. I filed EA in early July. No word until 12/12. I called IIO repeatedly (5 times at least) betwwen Oct to 12/12---same answer, pending. Then on 12/12, got lucky for nice IIO, she carefully checked the database, and found the case was decided on...- ycheng
