matter of fact, my PD is Oct 1998 (Eb3 labor sub). RD is Jun 2004. still in waiting. I have called VSC couple times and all i was told are that my case is still in security checking. this is really frustrating. :( :( :(

I am wondering if a copy of 140 approval notice does me any good. I have seen people talking about how to get a copy of I140 approval notice by using FOIA. Can someone tell me, excpet for personal record purpose, any other reason?

I have been scanning status of 140 cases which were received on May 11th, 2004, obviously it is my 140 RD. Just found the first case has been approved today 08/13. According to my scan history, that case has no update at all previously. (scanned two days ago.) I could not tell if this is...
