What to do if I-485 is denied?
I am not switching employers but my employer is not paying me the salary which was stated in the LC application.Can my I-485 be denied for low salary? Please advise.- amkhan

L/C Stated Salary
Even I have the same issue.My employer who filed for my Green card is not paying me even half of the stated salary in LC application.My I-140 got approved in May 2003,will the salary issue affect my I-485 approval? Please help.- amkhan
