Questions: 1) My AP is expiring in Nov 2006. If I'm not able to enter US before that then will my green card application be considered abandoned? 2) Post Nov 2006 will I qualify for any other US visa ex: B1 or H1? If yes do I need to inform USCIS to cancel/withdraw my I-485?
