    EB1-EA : I-485 vs CP - urgent

Hi!  I had applied for CP but now I am thinking of switching over to I-485. Once I get the EAD card (based on I-140 approval through EB1-EA), can I start working independently? Thanks Shakti

No Title You don\'t have to explain why you applied through two categories. You just have to mention that you are applying through two categories. In the cover letter for EB1-OR it was mentioned that we are using the same letters as for EB1-EA, as the criteria for OR are less stringent than EA.
