    I-140 Approved! I-140 was approved after my wife's EAD LUD changed to 2/08/05 (EAD was approved in Nov). Email about I-140 that we received today says it was approved on 2/10/05. LUD for I-140 changed to 2/11/05. Can someone please add my info to the tracker? EB3 PD 1/25/02 Thanks...

    If you plan to use your EAD and AP, I assume your H1-B visa is no longer valid. Is this correct? Otherwise, you can still travel using H1-B and not have to worry about the pending 485.
