To Navdod These are the things I would like to find out too. I certainly hope the cases will be handled in Seatle queue, not moved to NPC after Jan 1, 2005. My case was submitted to SFO DOL in July from Idaho, we are in the same boat. Keep us posted if you find something.

To navdod Your lawyer is correct in saying that your case was sent to SF DOL, because the Seatle DOL and SF DOL have been "consolidated" for quite sometime now, which means these two offices are in the same location. If you check the phone number of Seatle DOL and SF DOL, you will find that...

To:navdod The telephone info sys is that 415-975-4617 then 1 then 2 I entered my employer's phone number and got a match with RD of July 14th. Since there is no other H1B in this company and I know my case left Idaho on 12th, I know that case is mine. Thanks

To: navdod It took only two days for my case to reach regional office. It was transferred on July 12th and was received on July 14th. I haven't got any letter yet, but I got the info from the telephone info system. My case was approved from Idaho SESA. Thanks
