how to work on H4?
I am currently in US on J-2 visa and hold working permit till January 2005. My husband will apply for change of status from J-1 to H-1. In order to be able to work in US, can I apply for H4 as his dependant or do I have to apply for any other visa? Please advise Thank you!- jelenapetrovic
