I am getting ready to file 485 for myself(primary) and spouse(dependent). My souse was on H1 few years ago and then last year left the job and switched to H4. Will I be needing her paystubs etc at any time during the 485 process. I do have all of her I-94 and I 797(both for H1-B and H4 times)...

The timing can vary, for me it took DBEC about two months' time from sending the recruitment instructions to sending the recruitment report instructions. 1/05/07 - recruitement instructions rcvd 3/18/07 - recruitment report instructions rcvd. with no resumes.

I am in same boat as yours, RI received 1/05/07, recruitment completed 2/02. No sign of RRI yet. No contact from DBEC as of yet. lawyer would not call the BEC.

Has anybody from Dallas BEC received the Recruitment Report Instructions(RRI) recently. I know a bunch of folks from PBEC have gotten it or submiited the report without getting RRI, is there anybody from DBEC like that?

Does anybody know that when BEC starts working on the TR cases(the ones that never reached Regional), what will be the process, will it go through the same process of issuing a Job Order(earlier it was done with SWA) and then waiting for resumes and submitting a review.............and all nine...

After reading your post, I verified from attorney that my case is also still at TWC, PD 04/2002. This is even worse now............ All this time we were thinking that atleast they are in BPC atleast. Icarus, Any idea on the schedule for getting these state level applications from TWC to BPC...

IndiriaGandhi, If the Enterject cases have already been entered in PBLS, then why is it that when we send an enquiry to get the case number, it always says 'NOT YET ASSIGNED'. Anyone ideas? :confused:
