What can we do now for PERM
Hi, I would like to know what can we do now for PERM. I see that PERM will use a new set of forms instead of ETA 750. Is the new form available ? Is job order a new item ? Can we start to request prevailing wage and job order now ? Can we prepare the recruitment report before 3/28 ? Thanks... -

BS+5Years = EB2 ( where is the official document)
Thanks Thanks for everyone 's information. Actually, I have a master degree , but my employer doesn't want to put the master degree in the job description. So I thought B+5 would be an alternative. But My lawyer insist that B+5 wouldn't qualify EB2. That is why I need an official document to... -

Hi, My lawyer told me that Master degree must be stated in Job description to qualify for EB2 Application. But I have seen in a lot of forums that if the job requires BS + 5 , it also qualify for EB2. My question is where can I find the official document to convince my lawyer. Thanks Qjcnew
