No 45 days letter Looks like the mail was mailed from Boston DOL. Maybe we are lucky.

The details RIR, EB2, filed in Sep, 2003 from Boston. But never heard from it until today we got approved. Can't believe it. Just called our laywer and she said it's a miracle since most of the cases are still pending so far.

Sorry I want to share the detail but I don't have any. We submited our case in Sep, 2003 and never heard it until today. Our lawyer has no clue for our case and just last month we still met to discuss if we need to transfer to PERM. My case is filed from Boston.
