    My company filed I-140 using substiute labor. (EB3 Regular processing). Meanwhile my orginal labor got approved.(As substitute labor is always risky) Can I file another I-140 using my orginal labor with the same company under (EB3 premium processing) as there is no I-140 PP available now...

    Not only you! I got NOF and my freind's labor got denied after 8 years of desperate waiting by both of us I got NOF during the month end of FEB and my freind's labor got denied when he checked online today. Both labors are of priority date 2002 :(

    Is the H1-B visa extension given only for 9(6+3) years?

    I heard that visa extension period for H1-B visa will not exceed 6+ 3 = 9 Years (Labor pending for 1 year) :o Is that true?. As far as i know this rule applies to only those who has I-140 still pending. Can anyone throw some light on this topic.? :confused:
